1. Dream Building & Goal Setting

Start with how you want to feel

Before you set any goals, you’ll choose the feelings you want to experience more of in your life, broken down into areas (choose them 1, choose them all, choose your own adventure).

Think of this as your internal compass. The thing that helps you make choices that feel good, not overwhelming.

2. Five Major Steps

Map your steps

Once you know how you want to feel (after your goal setting), you’ll decide on five major steps that will bring those feelings (and your goals) to life.

These aren’t chores, they’re the path toward your better days.

Make a weekly plan you’ll actually follow

Each week, your journal helps you zoom out, plan ahead, and turn those big steps into small, doable actions. This is where everything becomes less “where do I even start?” and more “ok, I’ve got this.”

3. Weekly Action Plan

4. Daily Action Plan

A simple daily rhythm

Your day gets broken into tiny, sustainable check-ins:
☀︎ Morning (15 mins): Set your tone for the day.
☁︎ Midday (5 mins): A quick reset and realignment.
☾ Evening (10 mins): Reflect, release, and reset.

It’s not about perfection, it’s about gentle consistency.

5. Weekly Reflection

Pause, reset and reflect

At the end of each week, the journal guides you to look back with compassion rather than criticism. You notice what worked, what felt good, and what needs adjusting next week. This is where the magic happens. You learn from yourself, not judge yourself.
